Carlos Garcia was born in Brazil and immigrated to the US in 1997. He earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University Of Houston, in Houston, Texas and  has over 10 years of financial management, financial modeling, and business development experience that includes Fortune 500 companies such as Disney and Reliant Energy.

Michael Rask Christensen holds a BSc. in Business Development Engineering, and he is about to graduate with a MSc. in Engineering (Technology based Business Development) with a specialization in the Cloud Computing technology both from Aarhus University, Denmark.
His dissertation is on the Data Center market in Brazil in terms of deriving how foreign software companies can best position themselves for the business opportunities in Brazil.
