Wilson has built a successful business career working in a variety of industries, functions and cultural settings. He has a unique career experience including business owner, Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Business Developer, Consultant and Program Manager allowing him to clearly understand all aspects of business. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a good conversational level in German and Spanish. He is recognized for his strong leadership, relationship building skills and his ability to drive performance through workforce engagement. 
Wilson worked for Mercedes-Benz from 1997 to 2000. In 2000 he joined the Ford Motor Company Project Team in Bahia to manage the construction of the automotive complex. Wilson moved from Germany to the U.S. in 2003 to join the management team in the construction of a new automotive plant. In late 2005 Wilson was hired by Dürr Systems to start up a new consulting division in the United States. A successful career/industry change opened a new spectrum of opportunities on when he played key role in business transformation projects, global application delivery and major business development initiatives. In 2012, Wilson launched Advanced Global Partners and since then has worked with major clients in the retail, construction, IT, consulting and hospitality industries to enter new markets and launch new products.
Wilson earned an electrical engineering degree with a specialization in software business in Brazil. He also earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Georgia. He founded the Operational Excellence Society Chapter in Atlanta and is Volunteer at PMI Scholarship foundation. He is also an active member at the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Metro Atlanta of Chamber and The World Trade Center Atlanta.
Wilson lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife and two daughters.
