Stuart Morgan is a management consultant and management trainer with substantial professional experience worldwide.  He has substantial experience of Strategic management, Institutional capacity building, and human talent development.

With extensive experience of working as a senior advisor, he has worked in sixty-four countries worldwide, including Egypt, Libya, Ukraine, Russia, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Timor Leste, Brazil, and Sri Lanka.  A native of the United Kingdom, he has a basic knowledge of the Russian, French and Arab languages.
