Jim Olson , 79 years old, twice retired and author of two books , his latest book is 4 STAR RETIREMENT - 2 STAR BUDGET.

        His first retirement was as Financial Studies Manager for U.S. West Telephone Co., after 28 years of service. He then began a 15 year career as an entrepreneur and small business owner.  With Jean, his wife of 58 years, they originated and operated three real estate offices, in addition to several other profitable small businesses. Although retired, he continued to assume responsible roles with my community. Jim Olson is a Board of Directors member of a nationally recognized retirement community of 1200 residents. In addition, he is an advisor to the Area Agency on Aging and the Port of Olympia, WA.

   His first book, DOING A LOT WITH A LITTLE, From the Depression to Century 21, is his life story from birth in the Great Depression through a long and successful business career, leading to a very enjoyable retirement.


   4 STAR RETIREMENT - 2 STAR BUDGET, published by Motivational Press describes steps to achieve a successful retirement, without a huge bucket of money. Jim covers the full topic of retirement, such as; where to live, type of dwelling, finances needed to retire, how to make your money last in retirement, taxes, estate planning, supplementing retirement income, traveling, health, giving back, plus much more. Jim graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Washington Business School, and completed graduate studies in Real Estate Management.

Martin Whitehead has been in the accountancy and forensic profession for 22 years having started his career with Arthur Andersen in the UK.
Martin has joined PwC Brazil to lead the firm’s rapidly growing Forensic practice based in Sao Paulo. For the last 15 years he has been with PwC working in forensic services in Africa, based at various times in Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria and most recently in Kenya. He became a PwC partner in 2000.
Over this period he has performed engagements for clients in more than 20 different countries in Africa, Europe and North America.Martin’s particular specialism is in investigations. He has conducted numerous large scale and complex investigations for clients in the private and public sectors, typically involving a mixture of fraud, corruption and bribery which have resulted in significant financial loss through various means, most commonly through asset misappropriation, procurement fraud, false accounting, and increasingly these days via cybercrime.
Martin is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a UK qualified Chartered Accountant. He also has MBA from INSEAD in France, and a Masters degree in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ilya graduated from Cornell University and moved to Brazil as a Management Trainee for Vale, the world's second largest mining company where he learned Portuguese and a implemented Process Mapping project at the world's largest Iron Ore port before returning to Canada to serve as an internal consult for Operational Improvement projects.
From there, Ilya returned to Rio de Janeiro as a Business Development Consultant from Mobile Metrix, Zona Universitaria and Easyaula, where he helped close a six figure contract with a large consumer goods company, pitched at a Demo Day in front of hundreds of investors and help raise over half a million reais in seed funding.

Most recently, Ilya has joined Acxiom Brazil's operations in a Business Development Executive role while building Brazil Career Blueprint, www.brazilcareerblueprint.com  , an online course that helps others navigate the complex Brazilian employment market.
Ilya is also the Founder and first Trip Leader of Mountains for Moms, an annual fundraising climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro that has raised over $ 20,000 for women suffering from obstetric fistula at Cornell University where he studied. This same program has since expanded to Dartmouth, Northwestern and Harvard.
