Today’s guest is Elisangela Almeida talking with us from Vitoria in the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil and we are going to talk about: climbing the career ladder.

Elisangela Almeida is a CFO certified by IBEF*, post graduated in Finance and Controllership an Alumni of the Advanced Board Member for Women (ABPW) Course and the ESMT- Berlin International Module and studied Project Management at CNAM-Paris. Elisangela has held leadership positions in Finance, IT and change managements, lived for 5 years as an expat in France and Malaysia. Latin America IT and Finance teams based in Brazil and Argentina.

She volunteered for the UN Women Empower Women Project (NYC)  and currently a Volunteer in the Women of Brazil Group on the Entrepreneurship Committee as a mentor, Voices Committee as a lecturer for university students and in the Racial Equality Committee as a mentor.

In 2016 Elisangela Almeida climbed the Kilimanjaro mountain,the highest mountain in Africa and the highest single free-standing mountain in the world: 5,895 meters (19,341 ft) above sea level!

Today’s guest is DeLores Pressley and she is joining us from Canton, Ohio.

Motivational Inspirational Speaker, a Life Coach, Author, Founder and Executive Director of She Elevates with the Mission of creating a pathway for girls ages 8 to 14 to be confident leaders, entrepreneurs and CEO´s. Delores was also Named Top 50 Visionary 2019.

I want to share a short story with our listeners, I first met DeLores Pressley in 2009 when I started Talk 2 Brazil on LA Talk Radio in Los Angeles. DeLores was also a host of her own Radio program The DeLores Pressley Show. We had back to back time slots.

I was starting out as a Talk show host and literally learning how to host a program so Delores became one of my benchmarks and a Mentor, where I learned to follow the leader follow successful people.

Later I had the pleasure and honor to interview Delores on the Talk 2 Brazil program on LA Talk Radio Sept 14, 2009 and again on September 27, 2010 So DeLores almost 10 years later again an honor to say welcome and thanks for accepting our invitation!
